Winston-Salem Guitar Orchestra

The community magic is just waiting to happen—just add players! The group is open to any and all nylon-string guitarists with a minimum reading and playing abilty in the open position. Our goal is to meet weekly for a 2-hour rehearsal and prepare a program, presented by the Piedmont Classical Guitar Society. The group will be led by Alan Hirsh, founder and director of the Piedmont Guitar Orchestra from 1997-2017. Our repertoire will be varied, from Bach to Rock and arranged for all levels of players—beginners to advanced. If you’re interested, please sign up below.
